We are legally obligated to report suspicions of money laundering or terrorist financing to the National Crime Agency (NCA). We cannot notify clients if such a report has been made.

Rental income: Not guaranteed. Properties may experience void periods with no rent received.
Liquidity: Property is not liquid. You may not be able to sell quickly or at your desired price.

All complaints must be submitted in writing via the contact form. Please include your name, a description of the complaint, the date(s) it occurred, and any relevant documentation.

Full response: Within 28 days
If unresolved, we will keep you informed of progress
Escalation
If unsatisfied with our response, you may escalate to The Property Ombudsman (TPO), of which Medics in Property Ltd is a member.
